Everyone eats three meals every day.Now let me tell you what I eat for the three meals.In the morning,I usually eat an egg and a glass of milk.Sometimes I eat a piece of bread for breakfast.I have my lunch at school.I used to eat chicken,beef and rice for lunch,but mother told me eating so much meat is not healthy.So I eat some vegetables,some fish and rice for lunch now.At night,I like to eat out with my classmates.We always eat some noodles.Sometimes we go to McDonald's or KFC for supper.
